Breeger Media reconfigured the store concept, gathered the inventory, and added it to a new online company store that allowed the employees to shop, order items, and pay by credit card. These items could be picked up at the local office or be delivered back to their main office for free. The buyers also could choose to have the items shipped directly to their homes. The site merchandise is often refreshed and added to keep employee interest high with seasonal items and other exciting products.

An added benefit of the online company store allows management to use it for special promotional projects and other incentive distributions. For example, if they choose to give a department a gift, a code can be generated and supplied to the employee electronically or as a printed gift card in an envelope. The employee can use this code to claim their gift at their convenience right on the site.
